At Blue Line Training and Development our focus is on the development of the individual from a potential and leadership standpoint. We seek to help each person achieve their goals intellectually, emotionally and competently; to be confident leaders making significant impacts.

Blue line training and development provides law enforcement related classes and consulting for police officers and law enforcement professionals.  We have instructed over 7000 officers and professionals across Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio and Montana.  Training is provided through local Mobile Team Units (MTU’s) as well as thru direct contracting with agencies. We also provide consulting and speaking services to professional groups, conferences & communities on topics including Crime Scene Investigations, Mental Health, Crisis Intervention, Domestic Violence, Internal Affairs, Leadership, Effective Supervision and Scenario Based Training.
