Carol Cadle
Carol Cadle is a highly experienced law enforcement professional with 28 years of dedicated service. Her passion for community outreach, crime prevention and public safety has enabled her to build meaningful partnerships between law enforcement, schools and other stakeholders to enrich the lives of the community she serves.
Carol’s proactive policing approach is reflected in her extensive work experience utilizing her certification of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), Crime Free Multi-Housing and public education efforts. She is also a certified School Resource Officer, D.A.R.E Officer and an Elderly Service Officer. She is frequently found in her community educating the public.
In addition to her outreach work, Carol also brings a deep and diverse investigative background to the table. She has served on the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, Lead Homicide Investigator and a Sex Assault Investigator. She also has special education in Crisis Intervention and ICAT (Integrating Communications, Assessment and Tactics).
Carol is a dedicated peer supporter and cares deeply about officer wellness. She believes that education and training empowers other officers to rise to the challenges of policing in the modern day.
